Opening a new account with Vectra Trust is quick and easy. You can apply online in just a few minutes. Simply visit our website, choose the account you want, and follow the step-by-step application process. You'll need to provide some personal information and identification documents. Once approved, your account will be ready to use.

All Vectra Trust everyday accounts come with $0 monthly account fees. There are no hidden charges for everyday transactions. Some fees may apply for international transfers, overdrafts, or special services. You can find a full fee schedule in our Pricing Guide.

To reset your online banking password:

  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  • Enter your username or email address
  • Follow the instructions sent to your registered email
  • Create a new password and confirm

Our current savings account interest rates are:

  • Everyday Account: 0.05% p.a.
  • Premium Account: 0.10% p.a.
  • Student Account: 0.15% p.a.
  • Bonus Saver: Up to 5.10% p.a. with bonus conditions

If your Vectra Trust card is lost or stolen, you should:

  • Immediately call our 24/7 Card Services at 1-800-832-8722
  • Or log in to the Vectra Trust App and lock your card instantly
  • Review your recent transactions for any unauthorized activity

A new card will be issued and sent to you within 5-7 business days.

The minimum deposit for a Vectra Trust term deposit is $1,000. You can choose terms ranging from 30 days to 5 years, with competitive rates that increase with longer terms. Visit our Term Deposits page for current rates and more details.

Yes, all Vectra Trust deposits are CDIC insured up to $100,000 per eligible category. This means your money is protected in the unlikely event that Vectra Trust becomes insolvent.
